"But isn't it difficult?" What if you wanted to start a business online?

good morning
I decided to write in the morning.
Originally, I think that starting a business refers to business in general, and it is not necessary to have a physical store.
This is where the idea of "Internet entrepreneurship" comes in.
When you think of starting a business on the Internet, you might think that you have to do something amazing, like GAFA, but you can start without doing anything amazing.
What about developing apps using the smartphones available today?
You might think that you can't develop an app without programming skills, but recently there are no-code tools that allow you to develop web apps without programming.
Examples include Bubble, FlutterFlow, Adalo, kintone, and Wix.
This requires you to learn how to use the screen, but it allows you to create general applications.
If you want to, you can create social networking apps like X, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
Of course, this kind of SNS app has a high reputation and functions, so the scale of operation is different from other SNS apps.
However, I think it would be better to change your perspective and create an app that specializes in that.
For example, an app that schedules soccer matches.
If there is an app that describes opponents' tendencies, analysis, strategies, etc., you can share how to proceed with the game.
There are countless soccer fans across the country, and they would want this kind of national information.
By developing for such niche areas, you can reach areas that major SNSs don't have.
Even if that wasn't the case, there are countless jobs that use IT.
As the country is adopting a strategy called DX (digital transformation) to convert paper-based work into digital, anything can be replaced depending on the idea in the transitional period from paper to digital.
So, if you are reading this blog right now, I'm sure you have some ideas for apps that you would like to have.
Just replace it with an app using a no-code tool
However, what about coaching for people who say, "Programming isn't quite my thing"?
What if you created an online salon community that taught painting classes, cooking classes, or information for stock traders?
Surprisingly, people have a desire to talk to others, so when you have free time all day, you feel like calling someone.
The idea is to attract the type of people who want to communicate in this way.
With this, you can start a company just by opening an online salon.
Another option is to publish digitally on Amazon Kindle Unlimited.
Or you could use a recruitment agency.
Another option is to hold online interviews on behalf of the business and interview people who apply for jobs.
When you think about it this way, there are business opportunities in jobs that people don't want to do.
I don't want to clean or do housework.
In order to grasp such needs, daily information gathering is essential.
Even if you just post to X every day, the response will be different.
I want you to always keep in mind to share information because some ideas might come from it.
In a brick-and-mortar store business, you can directly receive feedback from customers, so you can figure out how to respond to them. However, if you add up the fixed costs for the store, the salaries of employees, and the cost of materials, it's not worth it if you don't have the funds.
Starting an online business with just a smartphone or computer allows you to start small.
If you think it's a lie, try it once.
The reason why businesses are not successful is because the business plans are not well thought out.
There are needs everywhere in the world
Uber Eats meets the needs of people who don't want to go out shopping.
If you find a business that no one wants to do, demand will naturally be created.
Next, research the scale of the business and see if it is a business that can generate sufficient profits.
There are also solo entrepreneurs who expect to make profits by themselves and don't expand the scale any further.
In that case, you can appeal to the person's personal characteristics.
Everybody wants a personal assistant
To be honest, there are even jobs for registered dietitians who create daily menus.
That's all for now.
I'm not sure what I'll do next, but I might change things up a bit.
I haven't decided what my next topic will be, but I'm thinking of writing another one.
Then in a week
