"Enough is enough" entrepreneurial mindset

The other day I said I was going to write a blog post, so here is the continuation.

What are your thoughts about starting a business?

"It seems difficult," "You can't do it unless you have money," or "It seems profitable"?

Break them down into elements one by one

First, "It seems difficult"

It's certainly difficult, but once we get on track, it's business as usual.

Emergencies do happen from time to time, but it's better to be prepared

If you take proper precautions, you can get through it.

Next, regarding "You can't do it if you don't have money"

This is certainly something that we can't do because we don't have the money to do what the big companies do.

However, they do not compete on the same field as the major companies.

Always looking for things we can do ourselves

If you don't have money, you can just find a business that works.

Cleaning and housekeeping services are also legitimate businesses.

How you manage that is what management is all about, and this is a business you can start even with no money.

Next, "It looks profitable"

At first, everyone seems to be enjoying talking about business.

However, there are hardly any amateurs who talk about what it was like when the company was in trouble.

They always express their own wishful thinking and do not discuss the issue thoroughly.

If you give up midway by saying, "Let's stop arguing" or "I've had enough," you won't be able to deal with unexpected situations.

Most people don't listen to what others say to the end

Always state your opinion

If you stop the conversation there, you will not get the ideas you were hoping to get.

It's difficult to do business without thorough discussions, sometimes to the point where the other party becomes uncomfortable.

Even though I say that, I'm still in my first year as an entrepreneur, so I can't really say anything arrogant.

But I'm willing to listen to the story until the end.

If it's not something really wrong, I'll listen to the end.

However, listening to it too much can make you lose energy.

You might think it's just listening, but listening is quite painful and requires a lot of energy.

I plan to occasionally share my own opinions.

Most people can't do this

If you're thinking, "That doesn't seem possible to me," you might be right.

However, since they do their jobs normally and listen to their superiors' support, Japanese workers are like slaves to management.

They choose to be dependent on others even though they would have more time and money if they could do it themselves.

Well, if you want to live your life stably, you have no choice but to think that way.

However, this is not the case for those who have to carve out their own path.

I, ebifurai55, am in that situation, and even if I am left alone, I will start a business.

I am determined to say that.

Well, I think if there were people around me who would tell me, I would think about it a little.

With the new freelance law coming into effect, will this number increase in the future?

Also, the concept is very important in starting a business.

This is something that is always said, but if the target is unclear, the actual driving will be different from the ideal.

It's common to hear this.

You can't understand this just by listening to it. You won't really understand it unless you make it your own.

Whether you're in the restaurant business or a store, there are plenty of restaurants that serve stylish, delicious food.

Just having a popular restaurant nearby means you have one more competitor, so you have to compete from among them.

The opening of a popular franchise store nearby would likely put the company in trouble.

That's why I don't work in industries that involve physical stores, such as restaurants, but what about starting an online business?

I'll talk about this in detail next time, so I'll leave it at that for today.

See you soon
